The OPC Referral Network offers an intake psychotherapy and counseling referral service for those who are looking for a counsellor, looking for a psychotherapist or need to find a therapist in the Toronto, Oakville, Mississauga, Scarbouroug/Durham, Niagara, London and Barrie areas.


Counselling supports immediate crisis situations and the psychotherapy service is an in-depth exploration of your self in relationship to others. Our therapists and counsellors provide individual therapy, couples therapy and group therapy.


The OPC Referral Network offers appointments with experienced psychotherapists who can also provide a sliding scale as well as offers low cost therapy with the senior therapists of the Ontario Psychotherapy and Counseling Program. Click here to get a referral
